shipping and returns


standard shipping rates apply. your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. purchases over $150, after discounts and before tax, qualify for free shipping. 

unless otherwise noted, please allow 3-5 days for packaging and handling, prior to shipping. however, most items will ship within 24 hours of order. 



we want you to love your parcel! if for any reason you need to exchange or return your item(s) please adhere to our return policy. customers shall have 14 calendar days from the day your shipment is received to postmark your items for return. any returns received after this time period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. you will be responsible for return shipping costs. items marked "final sale" are not returnable. all cosmetics and skincare items are final sale.  

in order to initiate a return, please contact us at we will determine if your item is eligible return. we then will provide you with a shipping label (if needed) and associated shipping costs will be deducted from your return. 

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. we will not accept any items that look used or worn- this up to our discretion.

to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. if you need a shipping label, we will be happy to send you one. 

refunds (if applicable)
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

please allow up to 7 business days for processing on our end. your bank or credit institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your statement.

late or missing refunds (if applicable)
if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

sale items (if applicable)
items marked "final sale" cannot be refunded.

exchanges (if applicable)
please let us know if you would like to exchange an item. while we cannot guarantee that item will be in stock, we will do our best to fulfill your request. exchanged items will be shipped at the applicable shipping rate unless your initial order totaled over $150 (and was applicable for free shipping at that time). in that case, we will ship your exchange item at no cost.  

if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of your return.

you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you prefer, we can provide a shipping label to you and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. please inform us if you would like to request a shipping label.

if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
